By using RanchiTaxi you agree: fares are estimates (final fare may vary with route/time), cancellation after driver assignment may be noted on your account, and drivers must follow traffic laws. Rider earnings: platform commission and/or daily fee apply as shown in the rider app and admin notices. Daily fee must be cleared before going online. Payments via cash/UPI are between rider-user and driver; the platform tracks commission/fees separately. Misuse (fake bookings, harassment, rash driving) leads to suspension.
